At Videology there were plenty of areas that needed a face lift, this was one of those areas. It was a wizard over several pages that was filled radio buttons and checkboxes. I opted to use a single page stepper as well as chips so that the user could easily see what they had selected and go back and make changes if needed.

BCBS Skeleton State Loading
During my work on the Pharmacy Experience, I had noticed in testing pages were taking a long time to load due to the CareMark API. I proceeded to test with users and noticed that they were constantly refreshing because they thought the page had broken. I adovcated for implementing a skeleton state for all of the pages as well as a loading anmation
